More than 60 years ago, Mary Cobb "Cobbie" Hulse, concocted her first batch of sauce. This delicious recipe has embellished chicken, pork, beef, fish and shrimp in our family dinners ever since.
In 2009, I sustained a spinal cord injury and received great care, treatment and support from the dedicated folks at Shepherd Center hospital in Atlanta, Georgia.
A lot of love came out of Cobbie’s kitchen, and I hope to pass some of that love on by sharing the proceeds from Cobbies’s Sauce with the hospital that continues to give my family and me hope for the future.
